This Privacy Policy explains how Inboxio collects, uses, stores, and shares information when you use the Inboxio Chrome extension, its AI features, account and billing services, support channels, and related websites or forms (together, the “Service”).

Inboxio is operated under the trade name Sourcery by a self-employed individual registered in the Republic of Lithuania (“Inboxio,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

🌍 1. Scope

This policy applies to the Inboxio Chrome extension and the services operated by Inboxio that support authentication, subscriptions, AI replies, analytics, support, and product feedback.

LinkedIn, Google, Stripe, OpenAI, Supabase, PostHog, Tally, Notion, the Chrome Web Store, and other external services have their own privacy practices. This policy describes when Inboxio sends information to those services, but it does not control information that you provide directly to them independently of Inboxio.

🧭 2. Summary of how Inboxio handles data

• Most folders, tags, snippets, preferences, and LinkedIn conversation organization records are stored locally in your Chrome browser profile.
• Inboxio reads relevant information from LinkedIn messaging pages and LinkedIn messaging network responses inside your browser to provide folders, tags, profile previews, conversation identification, snippets, and AI features.
• When you request an AI reply, selected LinkedIn message content and your AI settings are sent through the Inboxio backend to OpenAI.
• Account, subscription, attribution, and AI usage records are stored in our Supabase backend.
• Product analytics are sent automatically to PostHog using a persistent analytics identifier. After sign-in, analytics may be associated with your Inboxio user ID.
• Payment information is processed by Stripe. Inboxio does not receive or store complete payment-card numbers.
• We do not sell personal data or use LinkedIn message content for targeted advertising.
